Egiptenii o numeau “planta nemuririi”. Aloe vera prezinta numeroase beneficii pentru piele si nu numai. Aloe vera este o planta cu frunze tepoase si carnoase si face parte din familia liliaceelor. Bogat in vitamine, oligo-elemente, enzime si acizi, gelul obtinut din frunzele acestei plante are virtuti exceptionale, recunoscute in mai toate colturile lumii. Aloe vera figura deja in cele mai vechi tratate de medicina datorita proprietatilor benefice pentru organismul uman pe care le-a dovedit.

Metoda de obtinere:
Recoltarea plantei se face in intregime manual iar frunzele de aloe sunt prelucarte in cateva ore de la recoltare. Acestea sunt curatate si spalate dupa care se preleveaza gelul proaspat. Metoda de obtinere prezerva toate calitatile si elementele active ale plantei.

Caracteristici:

Gelul de aloe vera este un lichid fluid limpede, incolor usor galbui, cu un miros caracteristic fin, acidulat.

Retine:
– contrar fata de cum ii sugereaza denumirea, gelul de aloe vera nu se prezinta sub forma unui gel, ci este un produs fluid ca apa. Asa este normal, deoarece gelul extras din planta, odata zdrobit si filtrat, devine fluid ca apa;
– produsele de aloe vera care se prezinta sub forma unui gel, contin guma xanthan sau alt agent gelifiant.
– pentru a conferi produsului consistenta unui gel, se poate amesteca cu 0.5 – 1.5% guma xanthan.

Aloe vera contine vitaminele A, complexul B, C si E cele mai importante vitamine pentru piele, cu ajutorul carora tenul devine mai sanatos si mai luminos. De asemenea contine peste 20 de minerale, printre care: calciu, fosfor, potasiu, fier, zinc, magneziu.

Datorita proprietatilor nutritive, il poti aplica inainte de machiaj pentru a pastra pielea hidratata pe tot parcursul zilei.
