Sfaturi pentru unghii sanatoase/ Tips for healthy nails

Mainile sunt cartea noastra de vizita! Cu siguranta ai auzit si tu vorba asta inca din copilarie. O femeie trebuie intotdeauna sa arate impecabil si sa fie ingrijita, iar mainile nu fac exceptie de la aceasta regula. O manichiura perfecta nu va trece neobservata! Dar pentru asta trebuie sa ai unghii sanatoase. Iata un ritual de ingrijire care te va ajuta sa ai unghiile lungi si frumoase pe care ti le doresti:


1.  Pastreaza mainile curate

Este important ca unghiile si pielea din jurul lor sa fie curate. Igiena este foarte importanta in mentinerea unghiilor sanatoase. Pentru a preveni infectiile bacterine si aparitia petelor, trebuie sa iti cureti unghiile si sa le pastrezi uscate. Incepe sa iti ingrijesti unghiile prin a inlatura lacul de unghii vechi (daca este cazul). Incearca sa eviti acetona, care va subtia si exfolia unghiile pe termen lung, si foloseste un dizolvant cu o formula blanda. Pune pe o periuta de dinti sapun si curata bland unghiile si pielea din jurul lor. Acest mic truc va inlatura orice urma de mizerie si va exfolia pielea moarta. Poti alege sa folosesti un scrub pentru maini, va avea acelasi efect benefic!


2. Taie regulat!

Sa iti tai unghiile regulat este foarte important, la fel ca si in cazul parului. Fa-ti timp sa iti tai unghiile la un interval de 2 saptamani. Ajusteaza perioada in functie de nevoile unghiilor tale.


3. Sanatatea unghiilor inainte de lungime!

Cu siguranta unghiile lungi sunt frumoase, dar daca ai unghiile casante si se rup repede este indicat sa le pastrezi scurte. Unghiile scurte cu o forma rotunjita sau de migdala sunt mai usor de ingrijit, mai rezistente si arata mai curat. Astfel te poti concentra pe construirea rezistentei unghiei, fara sa te ingrijorezi ca s-ar putea rupe. Poti folosi tratamente menite sa intareasca unghia. Pe piata exista produse complexe de genul 8in1, 3in1 care intaresc unghiile, stimuleaza cresterea, protejeaza impotriva exfolierii, cresc gradul de stralucire, etc. Opteaza pentru varianta potrivita pentru tine!


4. Nu taia cuticulele!

Cuticulele protejeaza unghia de bacterii, asa ca nu le inlatura! Impinge cuticulele cu un bat de portocal, o data pe saptamana. Eu folosesc tratament pentru cuticule, in fiecare seara inainte de a ma baga in pat.


5. Ai grija de ustensile!

Ca si in cazul pensulelor de machiaj, dezinfectarea ustensilelor de unghii este foarte importanta! Spala ustensilele de metal cu apa si sapun, dupa care sterge-le cu spirt. Nu uita sa inlocuiesti regulat pila de unghii!


6. Citeste etichetele!

Ca si in cazul produselor de machiaj, sau de ingrijire a pielii, opteaza pentru produse de calitate! Evita produsele care contin substante toxice cum ar fi dibutil ftalat, formaldehida si toluen. Aceste substante duc  la fragilitatea, craparea si despicarea unghiilor.


7. Evita unghiile cu acril sau gel

Stiu… arata bine si sunt rezistente in timp! Dar orice expert in domeniu nu recomanda acest tip de manichiura. Dar daca chiar nu poti renunta la unghiile cu gel, exista cateva modalitati sa iti protejezi mainile. Problema cea mai mare la manichiura cu gel este expunerea la razele UV. Este recomandat sa folosesti crema cu factor de protectie solara ridicat sau manusi speciale, care iti vor expune doar unghiile, protejand mainile de razele UV daunatoare.nails


8. Hidrateaza!

Nu te duci la culcare pana nu iti hidratezi fata, nu-i asa?  De ce sa fie diferit in cazul unghiilor?  Poti folosi un amestec de ulei de migdale si avocado, pentru a mentine cuticulele si unghiile hidratate. In comert exista multitudine de produse destinate acestui scop. Poti opta pentru o masca de unghii pentru noapte sau un ser intens hidratant. aplica inainte de culcare pe unghia curata. Lasa sa actioneze peste noapte si inlatura dimineata.


9. Ai grija la dieta!

Unghiile sunt facute dintr-o proteina numita keratina. Poti imbunatatii calitatea unghiilor ajustand dieta ta. Adauga in alimentatia ta vitamine si suplimente cum ar fi biotina, vitamina E si ulei de peste. In comert exista suplimente alimentare pentru par, piele si unghii. Eu iti recomand sa le incerci si sa te bucuri de beneficiile pe care ti le vor aduce!


10. Protejeaza!

Protejeaza-ti mainile pe cat posibil! De fiecare data cand cureti cu substante chimice, dure, sau gradinaresti, este recomandat sa porti manusi. De asemenea in perioada rece poarta manusi pentru ca aerul rece si vantul sa nu iti usuce pielea.

7. Indulge in acrylic or gel treatments sparingly

I know … look good and resist in time! But any nail expert does not recommend this type of manicure. But if you really can not give up your gel nails, there are a few ways to protect your hands.
