Ulei esential de salvie

Fiind considerata o planta tamaduitoare, salvia este recunoscuta pentru valoarea sa medicinala. Folosita in principal ca si condiment, salvia are si calitati terapeutice fiind folosita sub forma de infuzie sau tinctura. Uleiul esential de salvie, se extrage din frunzele plantei. Uleiul contine o serie de principii active cu o valoare terapeutica accentuata. Contine un complex de vitamine, printre vitamina A, B, vitamina C, minerale precum calciu, potasiu, magneziu, fier, zinc si sodiu, fiind un adevarat izvor de substante folositoare organismului.
Este un bun antifungic, antibacterian si antiviral. Uleiul de salvie este remarcat pentru ameliorarea diverselor probleme cutanate. Este apreciat si pentru efectul lipolitic, anticelulitic si de echilibrare a transpiratiei.

Metoda de obtinere:
Se obtine prin distilarea cu aburi a partilor aeriene ale plantei.

Caracteristici:
Lichid clar de culoare galben pal, vascozitate scazuta. Are un miros erbaceu, intepator si puternic, medicinal.

Proprietati:

– reparator cutanat, cicatrizant;

– lipolitic, anticelulitic, faciliteaza eliminarea grasimilor din tesuturi;

– antiviral potent, antibacterian, antifungic;

– regulator al transpiratiei.

Recomandari:

– combaterea celulitei;
– ten gras, acneic, suprainfectat;
– cicatrici, dificultati de cicatrizare;
– transpiratie excesiva;
– par gras, seboree, caderea parului, matreata;
– infectii si alte probleme cutanate.

Mod de utilizare:

– Atentie! Uleiul volatil de salvie nu se foloseste ca atare pe piele, doar ca ingredient in preparate cosmetice si compozitii pentru aromaterapie. Dozaj uzual recomandat in compozitiile cosmetice: pana la 2%;
– Ca ingredient pentru formularea cremelor, balsamurilor sau uleiurilor cu efect anticelulitic, remodelare corporala;
– Ca ingredient in balsamuri, unguente sau creme cu aplicare locala pentru cicatrizare, eczeme, dermatite, acnee, seboree;
– Ca ingredient in prepararea de cleansere, solutii antimicrobiene, compozitii de igienizare a pielii;
– Ca ingredient in deodorante, apa de gura, pasta de dinti;
– Daca ai par gras, scalp seboreic, matreata cauzata de infectie fungica, il poti adauga in sampon.

– As an ingredient for the formulation of creams, balms or oils with anticellular effect, body remodeling;
– As an ingredient in balms, ointments or creams with local application for scarring, eczema, dermatitis, acne, seborrhea;
– As an ingredient in the preparation of cleaners, antimicrobial solutions, skin hygiene compositions;
– As an ingredient in deodorants, mouthwash, toothpaste;
– If you have a greasy hair, seborrheic scalp, dandruff caused by fungal infection, you can add it to shampoo.
