Uleiul de avocado

Arborele de avocado, este originar din America Centrala si Mexic si este recunoscut mai ales dupa fructele sale.  Fructul de avocado contine, acizi grasi mononesaturati, acid oleic, acid folic, carotenoizi, lecitina, minerale (fier, fosfor, magneziu, potasiu etc.), proteine, steroli, si vitamine (A, B, C, D, E si K).
Uleiul de avocado se obtine prin presarea la rece a fructelor, din care rezulta un ulei de culoare verde, cu o vascozitate medie, poate fi tulbure, avand un miros crud caracteristic.

Proprietati terapeutice:

  • emolient, dedurizant;
  • confera protectie UVA si UVB;
  • regenerator, restructurant, usor cicatrizant;
  • hidratant pentru orice tip de ten si previne imbatranirea pielii;
  • reduce ridurile din regiunea ochilor;
  • protejeaza pielea de agresiuni externe;
  • regleaza secretia de sebum, fiind recomandat pentru tenul gras si acneic;
  • catifelează pielea, sporeste confortul si elasticitatea pielii, stimuland productia de colagen;
  • atenueaza reactiile inflamatorii si calmeaza pielea;
  • hranitor pentru par, ii confera frumusete si stralucire;
  • previne aparitia matretii;
  •  recomandat pentru parul vopsit deoarece previne uscarea si degradarea firului par;
  • antibacterian;
  • atenueaza celulita si vergeturile.

Cum sa il folosesti in cosmetica:

  • fiind usor absorbit de piele, se poate folosi ca atare;
  • il poti adauga ca ingredient în prepararea de creme, lotiuni, seruri, masti pentru ten;
  • ca ingredient pentru prepararea de crema de corp, lapte de corp, unt de corp, ulei de masaj sau crema pentru maini;
  • este inclus în compozitiile pentru tratament anti-aging;
  • este folosit ca ingredient in compozitiile destinate ingrijirii pielii sensibile, fragile, creme si balsamuri pentru copii;
