I love the sour taste of the berries, and today I will prepare a delicious recipe that will surprise you with the intense, slightly sour taste. Today we have prepared chicken breast in forest fruit sauce, a recipe easy to prepare, but with an impressive result, which will win the admiration of those who will taste it.
- 4 chicken breasts;
- red wine 125 ml;
- berries 125 g;
- grated ginger 1 tablespoon;
- honey 2 tablespoons;
- minced cloves;
- chicken spices;
- sunflower oil.
Method of preparation:
Grind the chicken breast to the side with the skin and add the chicken spices. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Fry the chicken breast in hot oil, on both sides, until the skin is browned.
When the skin is browned, place the chest in a tray and bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
Over the oil in which the meat has been fried, pour the wine and put on fire rubbing the deposits on the bottom of the pan. Then put the berries, and simmer for 5 minutes, until softened.
Then add honey and seasonings (cloves, ginger, nutmeg, pepper).
Leave them on the fire for a few minutes, then add the remaining sauce from the baking tray. Pass the sauce thus obtained through a sieve, passing the fruit with a spatula or spoon.
Take the breast pieces, cut the slices, and mount the plate.
The recipe is for 4 pieces of chicken breast, but I only made two pieces. You can use some berries to mount the plate.
