This summer the taste is perfectly blended, in the style of StylishCocktails. I love fast food, with complex taste and interesting contrasts. The following recipe is inspired by Tori no teriyaki. Chicken with ginger and fried rice is an extremely delicious and very quick recipe that will satisfy your taste buds in the freshest way.

ingredients:

  • 500g chicken muscle;
  • for sauce:
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
    • 3 tablespoons white wine;
    • 2 tablespoons sugar;
    • a little grated ginger,
  • oil.

Method of preparation:

Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Fry the chicken well on both sides, then add the sauce and let it simmer until it subsides. After the sauce has dropped, remove and serve immediately.

Side dish? I chose to make fried rice.

Ingredients:

  • a cup of rice;
  • two cups of water;
  • olive oil;
  • salt.

Method of preparation:

Add a little olive oil and add the rice when heated. Grate it a little then add two cups of water. As a general rule in the preparation of rice is the ratio 1: 2, a measure of rice to two measures of water. Add salt to taste.

For decoration I used ginger slices.

Bon apetit!
