Today I will share with you my recipe for chicken with lemon, aloe and quinoa. This dish has a special taste, with an explosion of flavors that will surprise your senses. With this dish you will surely surprise, and you will be able to gather the whole family around the table.
- 4 chicken breasts (about 100 g each);
- 4 servings of AloeMax drink;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 100 g onions;
- a small bunch of chopped coriander;
- 8 servings (14 g) Instant herbal drink with lemon flavor;
- peel of a grated lemon;
- 200 g quinoa
- 2 bucăți de avocado de mărime medie, copt;
- 1/2 ceapă mică sau 2 cepe verzi;
- 2 măsuri (12 g) de F3 PPP (pudră proteică personalizată);
- sucul de la o jumătate de limetă sau lămâie;
- coriandru proaspăt;
- un praf de sare.
Chicken with lemon, aloe and quinoa – PREPARATION
Bring the chicken breast to a boil with AloeMax, garlic and onion for 8 hours.
Brown the chicken breast (previously sprinkled with pepper) in a pan, on both sides, until it is well penetrated. Prepare the instant herbal drink with lemon flavor, and together with the remaining marinade, add them to the pan for another 2 minutes.
Quinoa and guacamole preparation:
Boil quinoa with a drop of sea salt, mix and leave to cool. Put 2 cups of water in a cup of quinoa.
Separately mix the avovado, lemon juice and F3 PPP in a blender, adding water if necessary. Then garnish with chopped onion and fresh coriander.
