Today I come with a quick and easy recipe, perfect for the summer. With a complex, sweet peppers taste, the contrasts do not cease to surprise you in this preparation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 curry spoon with hot chilli;
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil;
  • 1 tablespoon sugar;
  • juice and bark from a lemon;
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast cleansed by the skin;
  • 250 g rice noodles;
  • a green onion link cut into slices;
  • 1 hot chilli cut thin slices;
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

Method of preparation:

In a bowl of porcelain or glass mix:

  • oil,
  • the sugar,
  • curry,
  • 1/2 of the amount of lemon juice and peel.

Chicken breast crest, add it to the dish, grease it uniformly with marinade and leave it cold for 30 minutes.

Preheat the barbecue at the right temperature, put the chicken breast, and turn from time to time until it is fully penetrated.

Separately boil the noodles as indicated on the label. After you have cooked the noodles, sprinkle with the rest of the lemon juice. Sprinkle left lemon peel and add onion, hot pepper and soy sauce.

Serve hot noodles with chicken roast on top.
