For some time now I have been trying my best to lead a healthy lifestyle, through sports, optimal hydration and proper nutrition. You have probably already seen that I started writing about nutrition, and about implementing a healthy lifestyle. So I was very happy to accept the new Buzzstore campaign, together with Naturli.

As I have lactose intolerance, I had to find a healthy alternative, and the new Naturli organic drinks are ideal for a tasty smoothie on a hot summer day, or for a chia porridge with fruit, which will guarantee a balanced breakfast.

Healthy breakfast recipe

  1. Chia seed pudding:

  • 250 ml Soy Drink calcium & vanilla from the Naturli;
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds;
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla;
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (agave syrup, stevia, honey, etc.);
  • cinnamon optional.

Method of preparation:

Mix the chia seeds with Soya Drink calcium & vanilla from Naturli in a large jar and add the cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Leave everything in the fridge overnight.

2. Berry smoothie with Naturli vegetable drink:

  • 1 glass of Naturli Oat Zero;
  • 200 grams of berry mix
  • a few almonds

Method of preparation:

Add the Naturli Oat Zero vegetable drink in a blender along with the berries and almonds, and mix until the composition becomes homogeneous.

Plating  idea

On the bottom of a large jar (like those for lemonade) I put a layer of granola, but you can also opt for crunchy oatmeal. After sitting in the fridge for a night, add the chia pudding over the granola layer. If the pudding has hardened too much, you can add Soya Drink calcium & vanilla from Naturli to get the desired consistency. If you want to decorate the glass with fruit, you can do it before pouring the pudding, so that the fruit can be seen on the walls of the jar. After you have added the chia pudding, you can put the smoothie. Garnish with almond flakes and fruit to taste.
