I don’t know how you are, but I don’t exist without pasta!

So I will share a pasta recipe that I have from a Greek. The recipe is easily adapted to my taste, but it will certainly be to your liking! It is easy to prepare and very delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of tricolor paste;
  • 300 grams of chicken breast;
  • Red peppers;
  • Parsnip;
  • Carrot;
  • Celery;
  • Onion.
  • 300 grams of corn;
  • 400 grams of tomato juice;
  • Salt;
  • Thyme;
  • Pepper;
  • Oregano;

Method of preparation:

We’ll deal with the sauce first.

For this we have to cut vegetables and chicken breast into large cubes. Then we’ll give everything to the robot to shred. Quick and easy.

Then cut small cubes of pepper and keep them aside.

Put a pot of water over the fire, add salt and then boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

While the pasta is boiling, we will cook the sauce. Put a little oil in a pan and then add the mixed ingredients earlier in the robot. Stir from time to time. Leave on fire for a few minutes and then add the spices: salt, thyme, pepper, oregano and basil. Stir until the spices are incorporated. When the vegetables and meat are cooked, add the tomato sauce.

When the sauce is ready, add the pasta, corn and pepper – cut into small cubes.

The recipe is ready! The plate is beautifully colored and the taste is fresh and aromatt!
